Shipping Information

  • Parcel Shipping with Tracking & Signature on all Australian Orders. 

    All of our Domestic Australian orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24 hrs maximum for your convenience and satisfaction.

    Your product will arrive within 2 to 6 Business Days depending on your location.

    All International (non-Australian) orders incur a varied shipping charge and are shipped via standard mail and may take up to 10 days to arrive.

    *All Orders Automatically have a $15 discount on shipping with each purchase that we pay for you. If you get charged $5.95 additional Shipping this is because the real postage amount is $20.     To receive tracking of your order, you will need to select one of the following options:
    -INTL ECONOMY W SOD
    -INTL STANDARD WITH SIGNATURE
    -INTL EXPRESS MERCH/ECI MERCH

    Unfortunately, the cheapest option (INTL ECONOMY/AIRMAIL PARCELS) does not include any tracking for orders shipped to New Zealand.

    When you shop with Undeniable, you enjoy confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to our warehouse (within the original country of purchase) and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.

    Proof of Purchase

    Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases).

    Change of mind

    If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Undeniable will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange for the full value of the purchased product provided that:

    • You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and
    • The item is returned to our warehouse in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).

    If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, Undeniable may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with a refund to the current value of the item, provided that:

    • The item is returned to our warehouse  in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and
    • We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Undeniable.

    Consumer Guarantees

    As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Undeniable. In accordance with Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

    Special Exceptions

    Please choose and read carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on discounted items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees; or where otherwise required by law.
