Let's face it, diets can be painfully hard to stick to in the lead up to Christmas. So do yourself, your family and your friends a favour and make some treats that won't make you go up a pants size!
We've got two great recipes that will make cookies with 100 calories, so you can have 2 with a cup of coffee for a great snack.
These cookies are so good, Santa will want you to leave the whole batch to help his diet too!
Ingredients:

Step 1 - Add Instant Oats, White Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Melted Better, Egg and Honey to a large Bowl.
Step 2 - Use an electric beater or whisk to combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3 - Add in 1/3 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips, mixing in with a spoon.
Step 4 - Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 5 - Add Baking Paper to an oven tray, spraying with Coconut Oil on both sides to stick down the paper and stop the cookies from sticking.
Step 6 - Roll the mixture into small balls and place on the tray, spreading the balls out evenly.
Step 7 - Use a fork to squash the balls down to about 1-2cm thickness.
Step 8 - Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 9 - Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes after removing from the oven.
Step 10 - Enjoy!

Step 1 - Add Almond Meal, Salt, Baking Powder, Coconut Sugar, Natural Sweetner, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract and Melted Coconut Oil to a large Bowl.
Step 2 - Use an electric beater or whisk to combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of Light Milk before mixing again.
Step 3 - Add in 1/3 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips, mixing in with a spoon.
Step 4 - Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 5 - Add Baking Paper to an oven tray, spraying with Coconut Oil on both sides to stick down the paper and stop the cookies from sticking.
Step 6 - Use two spoons to dish out and form the cookie mix into small flat circles, spreading the cookies out evenly.
Step 7 - Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
Step 8 - Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes after removing from the oven.
Step 9 - Enjoy!
